Shipping Policy for business customers
Delivery is within Germany and to Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Denmark, Luxembourg, France (Metropolitan), Sweden, Croatia, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Finland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece , Norway.
The minimum order value is 29.00 € incl. VAT for customers whithout sales tax ID, 29.00 € net of VAT for customers whith sales tax ID.
Shipping costs
Deliveries within Germany:
We calculate the shipping costs as a flat rate of 5.90 € icl. VAT per order.
Free of charge delivery for orders over 100.00 € inc. VAT for customers whithout sales tax ID, 100.00 € net of VAT for customers whith sales tax ID.
Deliveries to Austria:
We calculate the shipping costs as a flat rate of 9.98 € per order.
Free of charge delivery for orders over 200.00 € inc. VAT for customers whithout sales tax ID, 200.00 € net of VAT for customers whith sales tax ID.
Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway:
We calculate the shipping costs on the base of the weight of the ordered products. It is calculated in the cart after entering the delivery address and select the shipping method "DHLnonEU" (net of VAT), maximum weight per order: 20.00 kg.

Customers have to pay VAT and customs fees upon receipt of the goods.

Shipments to other countries abroad:
For following countries: Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Denmark, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Croatia, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Finland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Greece we calculate the shipping costs on the base of the weight of the ordered products. It is calculated in the cart after entering the delivery address and select the shipping method "DHLEU" ( incl. VAT. *):

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
